Description

This house dates from the 1860s and is constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It is a three-storey building with a basement, and has three bays. A sill band and entablature run along the first floor, topped by a bracketed cornice. Rusticated quoin strips are present. The windows have flat architraves and are sash windows, lacking glazing bars, with the third-bay windows being tripartite. Ground-floor windows have bracketed cornices, while those on the first floor have friezes and cornices. The entrance is accessed via an Ionic porch and features a four-panel door. A single-storey bay has been added to the right, featuring a bow window, a separate entrance, two windows, and an iron balustrade.
