Description
This is a house located at 14 Devonshire Road, built in the 1860s. It is constructed of stucco and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a three-bay facade. There is a sill band and entablature at the first floor level, topped by a bracketed cornice. The corners of the building are accentuated with rusticated quoin strips. The windows have flat architraves and are sashed without glazing bars; the windows in the third bay are tripartite. The ground floor windows feature bracketed cornices, while the first floor windows have friezes and cornices. The second floor includes two rectangular oriel windows, which are likely later additions. The entrance is highlighted by an Ionic porch and a four-panel door.
