Description
This is a house located at 11 Devonshire Road, built in the 1860s. It features a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof, with two storeys, a basement, and an attic designed as a belvedere. The building has three bays and a rusticated basement. There is a sill band at the first floor and a cornice at the top supported by consoles. The ground floor has rusticated quoins and windows framed by pilasters, panelled aprons, entablatures, and pediments. The first floor windows are adorned with pilaster strips featuring consoles, panelled aprons with quilloche moulding, and segmental heads with keystones. An enclosed rusticated porch has flat pilasters and an entablature, with a round-headed entrance that includes paired three-panel doors.
