House. 1860s. Stucco and hipped slate roof. 2 storeys with basement and attic in form of belvedere, 3 bays. Rusticated basement; 1st floor sill band; top consoled cornice. Rusticated quoins to ground floor, paired pilaster strips to 1st floor. Ground floor windows have pilasters, panelled aprons entablatures and pediments. 1st floor windows have pilaster strips with consoles, panelled aprons with quilloche moulding, segmental heads with keystones. Enclosed rusticated porch with flat pilasters and entablature; round- headed entrance has paired 3-panel doors.
