Description
A pair of symmetrical villas dated to the 1850s, located on the north side of Devonshire Road. The buildings are constructed of stucco with slate roofs. Each villa has three storeys plus a basement, and two bays, with a projecting central bay shared by both. Gables are present on all bays. A horizontal band sits beneath the basement windows, and another marks the sill level of the first floor. The corners and window jambs are emphasised with quoins. The ground floor features rectangular bays, and all windows have label moulds and casement glazing, apart from the left-hand bay of one villa. The entrances have four-centred arches and label moulds, containing half-glazed doors.
