Description

A pair of semi-detached villas dating from around 1840. The buildings are constructed of stucco and have slate hipped roofs extending to the eaves. They are two storeys and have a basement. Each house has a facade of two windows. Projecting pilastered entrances are located in the outer bays. The front doors are a pair of panelled doors that have been renewed at number 34. The windows are sash windows with cornices on the ground floor, and include plate glass and some margin glazing. Cast iron window guards are present on the ground floor. These villas form part of an unusually complete surviving layout.
