Description

A pair of semi-detached villas located on Westbourne Park Road, dating to circa 1850 with a later 19th-century refronting. The houses are constructed of stucco and have pitched slate roofs. Each house is three storeys high and has two main bays; the outer bays have recessed, two-storey porches with round-headed entrances, Ionic flanking columns, and pediments, topped with arched windows. The inner bay of each house features a two-storey projecting square bay window, three windows wide, with Ionic order columns on the ground floor and Corinthian columns above, and arched windows. The third floor has square-headed architraved windows. Bracketed eaves are present. The buildings are considered a curiosity.
