Description
A pair of semi-detached villas, dating from around 1840. The houses are constructed of stucco and have low-pitched slate roofs to the eaves. They are three storeys high, each two windows wide, including outer recessed bays with round-headed entrances containing panelled doors. The ground floor features channelling, and the centre bay of each house has a segmental bay window with tripartite sashed windows and cornices above. Openwork cast iron parapets top the bays. The first floor features square-headed windows with pilastered surrounds and pediments in the centre bays. Second floor windows are square-headed with architraves and contain sashes with square glazing bars. Bracketed eaves are also present.
