Description
The Church of St Stephen is a church built in 1856 by F & H Frances, located on the south side of Westbourne Park Road in the City of Westminster. It is constructed from coursed rubblestone with ashlar dressings and features a pitched slate roof that extends to the eaves. The church has a nave consisting of six bays, a tall clerestory, and low aisles, along with dwarf transepts. The northwest side has a tower with three stages topped by a stone spire, all designed in a Geometrical Gothic style. The aisles and clerestory are adorned with 2-light windows, while the ends of the transepts have 4-light windows. The chancel is lower and apsed, featuring 2-light windows with decorated tracery, and there is a northwest porch.
