Description
A pair of semi-detached villas dating circa 1840. The buildings are constructed of stucco with a low-pitched slate roof to the eaves. They are three storeys high, each two windows wide, including outer recessed bays with round-headed entrances and panelled doors. The ground floor features channelling and a segmental bay window to the centre bay of each house, with tripartite sash windows and cornices above. The first floor has square-headed windows within pilastered surrounds and pediments to the centre bays. Second-floor windows consist of paired arched windows to the centre bays. Sashes with square glazing bars are present, alongside casement windows to the second floor. An openwork balustrade is visible above the bay window at No. 26. Bracketed eaves complete the exterior.
