Description

A pair of semi-detached houses located on Garway Road in the City of Westminster, dating from the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco, with a roof that is not visible. They are three storeys high, plus a basement. Each house is two bays wide, with the inner bay recessed and featuring steps leading up to recessed entrances framed by pilastered porches that are flush with the outer bays. The entrances have panelled doors. The windows are square-headed and architraved; a cornice sits above the ground floor window of number 8. Cast iron balconettes are present on the ground floor. The ground floor windows are replacements, while the first floor retains sash windows with glazing bars. The upper floor has replacement casements. A cornice sits above the second floor, topped by a parapet.
