Description
These are a pair of semi-detached houses located on Monmouth Road in Westminster, likely built around 1850. The houses are constructed of brick and stucco, with a roof that is not visible. They are three storeys high, with a basement. Each house has two main bays, each of which features a full-height, convex bay window. Recessed entrance bays are situated to either side of the pair. The front doors are panelled. The ground floor is characterised by channelling. The first-floor windows have architraves and cornices, while the second-floor windows have gauged heads. These windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A balcony is present on the first floor. A cornice sits above the second floor.
