Description

A pair of semi-detached houses located on Monmouth Road in Westminster, built in the mid-19th century. The houses are constructed of stucco with a slate roof extending to the eaves. They are three storeys high with a basement. Each house has a width of two windows, with the outer bays slightly recessed and featuring recessed entrances within pilastered porches. The entrances are through panelled doors. The ground floor features channelling and segmental bay windows on each house. A dentil cornice runs above the ground floor. The first-floor windows are architraved and corniced, with sash windows and glazing bars. Window guards are present on the first-floor centre windows.
