Description

This is a detached house located on Garway Road in Westminster, built in the middle of the 19th century. The house is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and has a low-hipped slate roof extending to the eaves. It is two storeys high, plus a basement, and is three windows wide. Steps lead up to a central, projecting Doric porch with a panelled front door. The windows have square, architraved surrounds, with blind boxes below at ground floor level. They are sash windows with glazing bars. Cast iron balconies, shaped like bombs, are present on the ground floor, and smaller balconettes are located on the upper floor.
