Description
This is a detached house located on Acacia Road in Westminster, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate hipped roof extending to the eaves. The house is four windows wide, with the main entrance on the left-hand return. It has three storeys plus a basement. The ground floor is rusticated, topped by a cornice. A solid, rusticated porch is situated in the second bay from the right, featuring round-windowed sides. The windows are square-headed with architraves and cornices, and are tripartite in form, featuring a mix of sashes with plate glass and margin glazing. The building is listed for its group value.
