Description
This is a detached house located at 34 St Ann's Terrace, with a pitched slate roof extending to the eaves. It was built in the mid-19th century in a Tudor 'Gothic' style. The house is two storeys high and has three bays facing St Ann's Terrace, with gables to the outer bays and a central, battlemented porch. A canted bay window is located to the left. The windows are detailed with drip-mouldings above. The building is listed for its contribution to the wider group value of the terrace.
