Description
This is a detached house dating to around 1840. It is built of stucco with a slate roof and exhibits a Tudor or Gothic style. The house is two to three storeys high and has a symmetrical facade of two to three windows. A projecting gabled porch is on the right-hand side, featuring a four-centred arched entrance and a panelled door. The ground floor windows have drip moulds, with two lights on the right and three lights on the left, incorporating timber mullions and transoms. The windows are fitted with plate glass casements. A pointed, second-floor lancet window is set into the gable on the left-hand side. A smaller gable on the right has stepped sides. The gables are finished with moulded coping.
