Description

A pair of semi-detached stucco houses dating to circa 1840. They are two storeys and have a basement. Each house has a symmetrical facade, two windows wide, with paired pilasters defining the central composition and flanking outer bays. The outer bay of each house features a square-headed entrance with recessed, studded panelled doors. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with tripartite glazing to the centre bays. The windows are sash, with plate glass. Cast iron window guards are present on the ground floor. A moulded stucco band separates the ground and first floors. The roofs are hipped to the eaves.
