Description

A pair of semi-detached houses dating circa 1840, built of stucco. They have a low-pitched slate roof extending to the eaves. The houses are two storeys high with a basement, and each has two windows wide, plus recessed two-storey bays. The entrances are located in projecting bays with advanced Doric porches and panelled doors. Pilasters are placed between the houses and frame the windows above the entrances. The windows are square-headed with architraves and cornices to the ground floor. The central bays of each house contain tripartite sash windows with plate glass and some margin glazing. The buildings form part of a remarkably consistent group of similar houses.
