Description

This is a detached villa dating to around 1840. It is built of stucco with a slate roof extending to a parapet. The architectural style is Tudor/Gothic. The house is three storeys high and has an irregular design, specifically planned for its corner location. The facade facing Blenheim Road has a gable to the left-hand bay and a canted bay window on the ground floor. The ground and first-floor windows are square-headed, with two lights and cross mullions. Drip moulds are present above the upper windows, and the windows are casements. To the right of the facade rises a broad stack to a coped parapet, with chimneys. The return facade on the right-hand side also features a gable.
