Description

No. 18 Blenheim Road is a detached house dating from approximately 1840 to 1850. The house is constructed of grey brick with stucco dressings, and has a roof that is not visible. It is two storeys high with a basement, and has a width of two windows. A pilastered, projecting stucco porch is located to the left, featuring a segmental entrance. The windows are square-headed, architraved, and tripartite in the right-hand bay. They contain sash windows with plate glass and some margin glazing. A moulded band runs between the storeys, breaking forward into a cornice above the ground floor windows. A cast iron window guard is present. The house forms part of a notably consistent group of similar properties.
