Description

No. 20 Blenheim Road is a detached house dating from approximately 1840 to 1850. It is constructed of grey brick with stucco dressings, and has a roof that is not visible. The house is two storeys high with a basement, and has a two-window frontage. A pilastered, stucco porch projects to the left, featuring a segmental entrance. The windows are square-headed and have architraves; the right-hand bay has a tripartite window arrangement. The windows are sash windows with plate glass and some margin glazing. A moulded band runs between the storeys, breaking forward into a cornice above the ground floor windows. A cast iron window guard is present. The house forms part of a visually consistent group of similar houses.
