Description

A detached villa, dating from around 1840. The house is constructed of stucco, with a slate roof, and is designed in a Tudor/Gothic style. It is two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and comprises two bays. The left-hand bay projects forward, featuring a large gable and an inset pointed lancet window. The right-hand bay is recessed, with a gabled entrance and a smaller gable above the attic containing an inset spherical triangle window. The windows have square heads; drip moulds have been removed.
