Description
No. 60 Clifton Hill is a pair of semidetached villas built around 1850. They are constructed of grey brick with stucco dressings and feature a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The buildings are two storeys tall with a basement. Each house has two windows across the front, along with a one-bay recessed wing on the outside that includes square-headed entrances with pediments. The ground floor windows also have square heads and pediments, while the first-floor windows have segmental heads, architraves, and plate glass sashes. This property is part of an unusually complete surviving layout.
