Description

No. 7 Clifton Hill is a detached villa built around 1840-1850. It features a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof that extends to the eaves. The villa has two storeys and a basement, with a façade that is three windows wide. To the left, there is a square-headed entrance with pilasters and panelled doors. The windows are square-headed sashes with margin glazing and pedimental cornices on the ground floor. Additionally, there are cast iron guards on the ground floor windows and bracketed eaves. This building is part of an unusually complete surviving scheme.
