Description
No. 30 Clifton Hill is a detached villa built in the mid-19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. On the left side, there is a projecting Corinthian porch, and the building is adorned with rusticated quoins. The ground floor has square-headed architraved plate glass sash windows that are corniced, along with a cast iron balcony. The eaves are bracketed, and the villa is part of an unusually complete surviving layout in the area.
