Detached house. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Projecting pilastered entrance to right. Panelled door. Square headed architraved sash windows, margin glazing to upper floor, corniced to ground floor. Cast iron vine scroll pattern ground floor balcony. Bracketed eaves. Part of unusually complete surviving layout.
