Description

No. 46 Clifton Hill is a detached house built around 1840. It features a stucco exterior and a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The house is two storeys tall with a basement and has two windows across the front, along with a one-storey wing on the left side. The entrance is highlighted by pilasters and a cornice, leading to a panelled door. The square-headed, architraved sashed windows include some with glazing bars. The ground floor windows have cornices, and the right-hand window is tripartite with a pediment above. A cast iron balcony adorns the ground floor. This property is part of an unusually complete surviving layout.
