Pair of semidetached villas. Circa 1840. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2 storeys and basement. Each house 2 windows wide. Projecting pilastered porches to outer bays. Panelled doors. Square headed architraved sashed windows, corniced to ground floor. Plate glass, some margin glazing. Cast iron window guards to ground floor. Part of unusually complete surviving scheme.
