Description

No. 45 Clifton Hill is a detached villa built around 1840. It features a stucco exterior and a slate hipped roof with eaves. The building has two storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. To the left, there is a projecting porch supported by pilasters, leading to a panelled door. The windows are square-headed with architraves, sashed, and corniced on the ground floor. They include plate glass, with some having margin glazing. This villa is part of an unusually complete surviving scheme.
