Description
This detached house dates from circa 1840 and is constructed of stucco. It has a hipped slate roof extending to the eaves. The building is two storeys high with a basement, and is three windows wide. A projecting, pilastered porch with solid sides and arched side lights is situated on the right-hand side of the facade. The windows are square-headed, architraved sashes with plate glass. Cornices are present on the ground floor, and a cast iron balcony is located at ground floor level. It forms part of an unusually complete surviving layout.
