Description

No. 51 Clifton Hill is a detached villa built around 1840. The building is constructed of stucco and features a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. It has two storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. To the left, there is a projecting porch with pilasters. The entrance has panelled doors, and the windows are square-headed, architraved sashes with cornices on the ground floor. The windows also have margin glazing and cast iron guards. This villa is part of an unusually complete surviving scheme in the area.
