Description

This detached villa dates to around 1840. It is constructed with a slate roof and has two storeys and a basement. The house is two bays wide, with the entrance located in a projecting porch featuring pilasters and a solid side. The windows are square-headed sash windows with glazing bars, and have margin glazing in the upper storey. A cornice is present beneath the ground-floor windows, and the eaves are bracketed.
