Description

This is a detached villa dating from the middle of the 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and has a pitched slate roof extending to the eaves. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window front. A central, projecting porch features a round-headed entrance. The windows are square-headed, with architraves, sash windows, and glazing bars. An eaves cornice runs along the top of the building.
