Description
No. 39 Circus Road is a detached villa from the early 19th century that has been altered over time. The building is finished in stucco and features a slate roof. It stands two storeys high and is three windows wide, with square-headed windows. There is a verandah that is now partly enclosed. To the south, there is a lower wing with bow windows, which are partly of a later date. Additionally, there is a single-storey wing at the rear.
