This is a pair of semi-detached villas located on Circus Road in Westminster. They were built in the mid-19th century and subsequently restored. The houses are constructed of stucco, with hipped slate roofs extending to the eaves. Each villa is two storeys high with a basement, and they are each two windows wide. The outer bays are set back slightly, featuring square-headed entrances with tall, leaded fanlights and pilastered jambs, alongside panelled doors. The windows have cambered heads and glazing bars, and the recessed bays have square-headed windows topped with parapets featuring pedimental blocking courses. Iron balconies are present on the ground floor.
