Description
These are a pair of semi-detached villas located on Westbourne Grove, dating to around 1845. They are constructed of stucco with rusticated quoins. The buildings are two storeys high, with an attic and basement. Each villa has two windows wide, with additional entrance bays to either side, featuring square piered porches. The left-hand porch cornice is missing. The windows are square-headed and architraved, with a pediment over the ground floor windows. Cast iron window guards are present on the ground floor of the left-hand house and the first floor of both houses. A dentil cornice runs above the first floor, with a subsidiary cornice to the attic. A parapet tops the building.
