Description

These are two semi-detached stucco houses dating from around 1845, located on the north side of Westbourne Grove. The buildings feature rusticated quoins and extend over three storeys plus a basement. Each house is two windows wide, with additional recessed bays at the sides, incorporating recessed entrances within pilastered porches. The front doors are panelled, and the windows are sash windows with glazing bars on the ground and first floors; casement windows are present on the second floor. The ground floor windows are pedimented, while those on the first floor have cornices. Bombé balconies are situated on the ground floor. A cornice sits above the second floor, topped by a parapet.
