Description
Nos 7 and 9 on Needham Road are semidetached houses built around 1850. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and feature a slated mansard roof. The houses rise three storeys and include a basement. Each house is three bays wide, with the central pair of bays designed as full-height convex bar windows, while the outer bays have recessed square-headed entrances with panelled doors. The ground floor has channelling, and the windows are square-headed with architraves above the ground floor. The first floor features corniced windows with sashes and glazing bars, along with window guards and bombé balconies. A stucco cornice is present above the second floor.
