  1. Circa 1840 semi-detached. Three storeys and basement, stuccoed. Moulded cornice and parapet returned down sides. First floor sill course. Two windows each, the outer ones in projecting bays, recessed, sash, glazing bars, moulded surrounds, block sills to second floor. Ground floor tripartite windows, plain strips, moulded sills. Basement window of No 105 has glazing bars intact. Flights of six steps with parapets up to porches. Doors set well back, parallel, with semi-circular fanlights. Moulded door- cases. The porches are flanked by squat pilasters with moulded arches with keystones breaking up with pediments. On the North and South flanks, projecting bays with tall round headed staircase lights recessed, sash, glazing bars. No 103 also has second floor rectangular bay window on brackets, three lights, sash, glazing bars, frieze and cornice, apron.
