Pair of symmetrical houses. 1840s. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys with basement, 3 bays to each house, central bays recessed and have 2nd floor. 1st and 2nd floor sill courses; top cornices (outer bays with frieze). Angles have rusticated quoin strips. Windows have architraves and are sashed, most with glazing bars. Ground floor windows have segmental-head architraves with keys, those to central bays have tripartite sashes. 1st floor windows have keys and are alternately round-headed with consoled segmenta pediments and straight-headed with consoled triangular pediments; the round headed windows have sashes with roundels in upper glazing bars. 2nd floor round-headed windows have casements with 2 round-headed lights and upper roundel. Round-headed entrances have rusticated surrounds and Doric porches with antefixae. Rear facade is similar, with Venetian window. Decorative area railings. Balustraded parapet. No.7 has 1st bay casement and 3rd bay canted bay window to ground floor. No. 8 has 2-storey canted bay window to 1st bay.
