5.2.70 Presbytery of St Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church

GV II*

Presbytery. Circa 1870. S J Nicholl. Brown brick stone dressings. Slate pitched roof. Irregular composition in muscular Gothic manner. 5 storeys, 4 bays. Prominent first storey with 2-light pointed windows, unmoulded and cuspless "Caernarvon" arches to other windows. Entrance to right with polygonal turret above and polygonal conical roof with finial. 2 gables to rest, above paired windows, each containing 3 graduated lancets. Massive stack rises between gables.
