Description
This is a detached villa, built around 1840. It is constructed of brick with a slate roof that slopes to the eaves. The house is two storeys high with a basement. It has a width of three windows. The basement is stuccoed. A slightly projecting porch with Doric columns is centrally located. The front door is panelled, and the windows have a square head with gauged arches above. The ground floor windows are tripartite sashes with plate glass, and cast iron window guards are fitted to the ground floor.
