Description
This is a detached house dating to around 1840. It is constructed of brown brick with a hipped slate roof that extends to the eaves. The house is two storeys high and features three windows across the front. A central, projecting porch is stuccoed and decorated with Doric columns. The windows are square-headed with sash glazing bars. Cast iron balconies are present on the ground floor.
