Description
No. 37 Circus Road is a detached house built in the mid-19th century. It features a stucco exterior and a slate hipped roof that extends to the eaves. The building has two storeys and a basement, with three windows across the front. The entrance is centrally located and is highlighted by pilasters and a cornice, leading to a panelled door. The windows are square-headed with architraves, and the first-floor windows have cornices above them. There are strip plasters between the bays. The ground floor has sash windows, while the first floor has casement windows, all fitted with plate glass. Additionally, there are cast iron balconies on the ground floor.
