Description
No. 4 Manor Road is an early to mid-19th century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement. The main block features two windows, while there is an additional window in a narrow set-back entrance bay. The house is constructed of stock brick and has a fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof, which is complemented by an eaves soffit above a stucco frieze and cornice. There is a band of stucco at the first floor level and the basement is also stuccoed. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches; the windows in the round bow on the left are curved in plan. The entrance features a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, situated in an angled porch supported by square columns and topped with a mutule cornice.
