Description
The Manor House, dating probably from the early 19th century, is a substantial building with a garden wall to the east. The house has a rendered front and parapet, topped with a moulded cornice. The central block is tall and symmetrical, with lower extensions on either side. The main block is three storeys high, featuring four sash windows. The central bay projects prominently, and the lower two storeys of the two side bays project slightly forward. A tripartite doorpiece stands at the centre, flanked by small, narrow round-headed windows on either side of a round-headed doorway, with pilasters. The exterior is stuccoed and features a band of triglyph forms above a cornice, angled to form a steep pediment over the doorway. The double doors are plain, with a fanlight above. A single-storey extension of one bay is attached to the east, and a double-storey extension of one bay to the west. A brick garden wall runs along the east side of the property.
