Description

A pair of early 19th-century houses stand on Felpham Road, forming Manor Place. They are approximately square in shape, each with two windows on each side. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, though some are blind. The houses are rendered and feature quoins at the corners, with vertical bands linking the windows and running up the centre of the street front. Gabled porches are located on either side, incorporating gothic windows, scalloped bargeboards, and a slate roof with damaged cresting. The roofs are hipped and slate covered.
