Description

This is a 17th-century farmhouse situated at an angle to Felpham Road, facing east. The building is two storeys high and has a tiled roof, hipped at the end facing the street. The walls are constructed of sandstone rubble and flint, with brickwork, though the west and part of the south sides are rendered. The east side features three windows with three lights each, although the lower left window has been removed. There are two entrance doors. The roof slope descends to the west, featuring a single dormer window over the ground storey. The south side has one upper window, two lower windows, and a doorway.
