Description

Church House, also known as No 94, is an 18th-century building located on Felpham Road. It is two storeys high with an attic and features five windows, along with three hipped dormers. The structure is constructed of red brick with grey headers and has an eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, although some glazing bars are missing. There are brick architraves above the ground floor windows and an 18th-century brick porch. In front of the house, there is a low flint wall that is interrupted by a section of rendered wall in the center.
