The Mansion House, also known as No. 12 and No. 14, is a notable late 17th century house located on Hingham Bond Street. It is constructed of red brick with blue headers and features a steep black glazed pantile roof with shaped gable ends. To the right, No. 14 has a fielded panel and partly glazed door with a rectangular fanlight and a cornice hood supported by shaped brackets. The building has a moulded brick plinth and two gabled dormers with glazing bars. There are brick chimney stacks, one of which has been rebuilt. The south end includes wood mullion/transom casements along with a sash and a panelled door. The north end features two blocked windows on the first floor, which have projecting brick surrounds with moulded brick cornices, while the ground floor has a sash window and a glazed door with a rectangular fanlight and a hood on shaped brackets.
